As Christians have we allowed the spirit of sleep to take over our lives? if so, we should wake up before we are destroyed by the devil. Remember the devil never sleeps at all instead when we sleep its when he starts to work on us. (Proverbs 6:9-10).
God as well as the devil is interest with our spiritual alertness. When you are spiritually asleep you might miss what is happening in the spirit realm. Even if you are educated but you are asleep you will suffer a lot until you wake up.
In case there is a voice that is telling you that you don’t have to fast for long, those who fast for long will have ulcer. That voice is louder than the voice of God. That voice is telling you that you should die.
Beware of any voice that is telling you that a little bit of unrighteousness will not spoil your faith, that is the destructive voice of the devil and his agents.
If there is anything God will have to show you, you have to communicate with your spirit. That is why God is shouting to all of us today ‘Church, wake up’; brothers, wake up; sisters, wake up.

BEGIN EVERY SESSION LIKE THIS:
Step 1. Start Praising God and worship him with songs, and even with dancing.

3. I command the light of God to shine into my life and remove every spiritual darkness in life to see the clearly the things of God., in Jesus’ name.
4.My Father! My Father! Let the Holy Ghost, destroy every power from my foundation that has put me in spiritual darkness leading to my spiritual slumber in Jesus’ name.
5 I command every demonic spirit attacking my prayer altar, your time is over, in Jesus’ name.
6. By the power of the Holy ghost I receive the strength to wake up from the spiritual slumber, the devil put me into, in Jesus’ name
7. My Father, my Father, destroy every evil seed sown into my life while I was sleeping, by fire in Jesus’ name.
8 My Father, my Father, promote me from the level of ordinary intercessor to a prophetic intercessor in Jesus’ name
9. I reject every form of spiritual laziness leading spiritual slumber in my life in Jesus’ name
10.Spent some time thanking God for helping you to overcome spiritual slumber this year.
Step 5. Before you close your fasting repeat Steps 3-5 again
