Key Verse: “So, they spread this bad report about the land among the Israelites: “The land we traveled through and explored will devour anyone who goes to live there. All the people we saw were huge.” (Numbers 13:32)
Introduction
Let me ask you a question. Have you ever received a bad report? Have you ever been given a bad report by the doctor about your health or the health of any of your loved ones? Have you ever been told that you may have to take a particular drug for the rest of your life? Have you ever received any other bad report from a certain authority that made you feel helpless?
What Is Bad News?
Bad reports are sometimes referred to as negative reports or evil news. The reason we call them bad, negative, or evil is because they are based on unpleasant events that take place around us, knowingly or unknowingly.
Negative reports seem to punch you in the gut and twist your stomach in knots. For instance, the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, or some calamity or tragedy. Evil reports are so destructive that they can even destroy long-lasting, close friendships. “A whisperer separates chief friends.”. (Proverbs 16:28)
Examples of People in the Bible Who Received Bad Reports.
1. Some of the spies sent to Canaan Land to go and spy brought back a bad report (Numbers 13:32–33).
2. According to Job 1:13-22, Job received many bad reports
3. According to 1 Samuel 4:17–18, we see that because Eli didn’t train his children well, they ended up misbehaving in the temple of the Lord, and as a result, they were killed by God, and when Eli heard it, he also died.
4. In Isaiah 38:1–5, King Hezekiah received a bad report about his health, but he prayed about it, and it changed, so we will also pray to change our bad reports today.
Always remember that with God, all things are possible, including your case, (Luke 1:37)
Don’t give up, there is hope in the Lord, and in fact, the Bible says there is more hope for a live dog than a dead lion (Ecclesiastes 9:4-5). Whatever the report is and whatsoever evil it is meant to achieve in your life and family shall be destroyed in
Let’s Pray:
1. O Lord, I thank you very much for the mercies you have shown over my life and my family for those years, in Jesus name.
2. I cover myself, my career, my business, and all my children with the precious blood of Jesus against any bad news, in Jesus name.
3. In the mighty name of Jesus, I tear into pieces my (mention what concerns you, for example, a negative medical report or quit notice or a growing debt or poor exam results or unpaid bills or delay or evil text messages or evil e-mails or non-lack of promotion or non-advancement in a particular thing or a pending divorce or even a demotion or a pending sack or strange sickness or barrenness), both in the spirit and physical realm, and I burn it to ashes, in Jesus name.
4. In the mighty name of Jesus, I renounce every evil report originating from any evil source, be it doctors, false prophets, or even other demonic agents, to bring harm to me and my family, in Jesus name.
5. In the name of Jesus, I command every problem that is troubling me as a result of evil reports, to leave me alone now.
6. My Father! My Father! Close every channel the devil uses to make me hear bad news about my health. my finances, my career, and my family, in Jesus name.
7. O Lord, I ask that you destroy every evil report that has been written concerning me and my family, in Jesus name.
8. By the power of the Holy Ghost, I close down every evil publishing house of the agents of darkness that is publishing evil reports against me, my career, my business, and my family in the spirit realm, in Jesus name.
9. In the name of Jesus, I decree and declare total destruction of every form of witchcraft that is bringing repeated and persistent oppression to me, my career, my business, and my family in Jesus name.
10. O Lord, give me courage so that I shall not lose my destiny out of fear and timidity, in Jesus name.
11. By the power in the name of Jesus. I cancel every satanically written warrant of arrest that is delaying my breakthrough, in Jesus name.
12. My Father! My Father! Send your flaming angels to go to both the seen and unseen realms and burn to ashes every evil altar of darkness where my pictures, nails, hair, and cloth items, are kept in order to do me evil, in Jesus name.
13. By the power of the blood of Jesus, I nullify every death sentence made against me or any of my family members, in Jesus name.
14. My Father! My Father! Send your archangel Michael to go to both the seen and unseen realms and burn to ashes every invisible evil letter circulating on my behalf, in Jesus name.
15. Let the power in the name of Jesus cause every satanic spell and incantation done against me or my family, to expire now, in Jesus name.
16. Let the power in the Blood of Jesus erase every inscription, verdict, or writing that is either done on the sand, trees, leaves, skin of animals, and even of birds using a pencil, biro, red ink, gold, brass or engraved in gold or brass, in Jesus name
17. My Father! My Father! After the order of Job in the Bible, I recover double what the enemies had stolen from me in Jesus name.
18. In the name of Jesus, I decree and declare that I shall never use my monies to service losses caused as a result of bad reports, in Jesus name.
19. In the mighty name of Jesus, I recover every opportunity that I was lost during the days of evil report, in Jesus name.
20. Let the precious blood of Jesus cover each of the remaining days of this year from the evil arrow that will fly during the remaining months of this year, in Jesus name.
