Easily All Our Problems Shall Pass Away With God Now

Brethren have you ever know that it’s very easy to trust God when things are going well, but how about when life is rough and things are not going our way? Our attitude as Christians should be ”This too shall pass” because troubles are often the tools by which God fashions us for better things through developing our endurance (2 Timothy 2:3, 12; Hebrews 12:7, James 1:2–4).

This Problem Shall Pass Away

Rather than letting one bad incident overshadow everything that we do, we should know that this was only one moment in our lifetime which is full of many so focus on the big picture by picking ourselves up and moving on. Remember that the difficult season we may be going through will not last forever, there’s a light at the end of every tunnel.  It might not happen today or tomorrow, but you’ll feel better eventually. So according to Galatians 6:9, it says, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” Always pray since if you only pray when you’re in trouble, you’re in trouble.

Ecclesiastes 3:1 says “Everything on earth has its own time and its own season.” Which stresses the point “This too shall pass” since life has seasons and none of them last; therefore, people should enjoy the earthly life God has given them because “this too shall pass. “So, we must be about our Father’s business while there is still time (John 9:4).Afterall “Nothing is permanent in this wicked world – not even our troubles.” Jesus told of a man who gained much, but at the height of his glory, his life was required (Luke 12:19-21). Riches laid up for ourselves will pass, but being rich toward God is lasting. This life passes. Eternal life lasts forever.

While “this too shall pass” is great advice, what can we do to position ourselves to believe it and follow it as true Christians? We can:

We need to avoid blowing things out of proportion to get sympathy in some corners which doesn’t help the situation at all.

We need to let go of the ‘bad’ moment in our lives since holding on to them and then rehashing of whatever was said or done that created the ‘bad’ moment that gives it the power to remain with us for the whole day. Remember, the ‘bad’ moment is just that – a moment.  It is but one part of the day; it doesn’t define the whole day; it is not the whole picture.

We should release what is beyond our control if there is nothing, we can do that will change or help or can’t fix or deal with the situation, worrying about it or letting it stress us won’t help or solve anything. Let go whatever isn’t. Either take practical steps to deal with the problem/issue or don’t waste time worrying about unnecessary things.

We should take action rather than just worrying, think very carefully about what practical steps can be taken to deal with the situation. Remember worrying does not take away tomorrow’s troubles. It takes away today’s peace. According to Psalm 46:1 “God is our shelter and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble”.

We should not place blame on ourselves for whatever or whoever is creating the ‘bad moment.  When we become someone who is clear and centered, we will have the tools to move through life no matter what happens externally.

We need to relax since when we are more relaxed, we will be able to look at the situation a little more rationally.

Share with family and friends what we’re going through, or just having them listen to what is going on will go a long way to help us. Remember, friends provide a measure of stability that is most helpful when our worlds get turned upside down.  They listen, they encourage, they provide suggestions and advice, and they are just there to provide whatever support may be needed
