Psalm 34:17-18 The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. For example Joseph and job‘s pain. Your troubles may be: There has been a terrible accident or I’m leaving the marriage? but remember here’s somebody else’s story, Your position is no longer needed. The cancer isn’t responding to treatment.
Go through whatever you got to go through. Cry as long as you think you need to cry. Even Jesus wept John 11:35. But then pick yourself up. Remember God determines how long the test will last, not we. Jobs trial took 42 chapters. What about yours. Never give up. You can’t bypass the desert to Canaan land.
Roses grow alongside thorns and there are no roses without thorns, meaning that if you want the roses be prepared to get past the thorns and that come with pain. But remember the beauty of the roses and just ignore the pain from the thorns. Life will squeeze everything inside of you to bring the best in you. If you want Colgate you squeeze the bottle until its shapeless to get the Colgate. Diamonds are rocks that go through high pressure to release what’s in them. Same as Gold ore it needs high temperature in order to release Gold.
Pain Is Necessary To Grow
Life without pain is a life without challenge and a life without challenges, is a life without purpose. To grow you need many challenges. Pain is a beautiful thing. According to Isaiah 40:30 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall.
The modern-day world tries to avoid all forms of pain and would rather bribe to not go through it than to endure but God promises to be with us. According to Isaiah 43:2,4 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. Because you are precious in my sight, and honored, and I love you, I give people in return for you, nations in exchange for your life. You are my witnesses, says the Lord, and my servants whom I have chosen,
All good things come from a dark and difficult place YOU must be prepared to go ONLY. NOT your friends, ask Jesus when he said let this cup pass, but to who now. Matthew 26:39
Pain is temporary, it may last for a minute or an hour or a day or even a year. But eventually it will subside. But the rewards are eternal. No one will take your pain on your behalf, If You want olive oil each and every seed has to be crushed to produce it amt of oil.
Brethren don’t Give up or get out. Stay in it even when the pain is too much. Stay focused. Accept those blows they are to strengthen you for the future. It’s a wrestling match so just take one step at a time. It’s hard, but it’s worth fighting, is worth believing, is worth mustering yourself up. Regardless of what you’re going through, the best time you know that you are strong is when you’re at the weakest point of your life.
Pain is a doorway which you have the key to open only, but when you go the other side is all the goodies i.e. power, riches etc. It is not there to tear you apart but to strengthen your inner man remember crowns are forged in high temperature but those who wear them can only do so after going through pain caused by giants like David
Pain takes us to a higher level of maturity where nothing else can take us there. It leaves us much stronger than before. Remember that we have to go through some painful things in order to receive what life has for us. Just imagine Jesus had to wear a crown of thorns for us to receive the crown of life. James 1:12 Blessed [is] the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
We cannot escape pain, every one of us will have to face different levels of pain in different seasons. We don’t like pain, and we avoid it. God will use pain to speak to you, to make sure that you realize that he’s with you so often. God did not promise us a problem free life or a suffering free life. Instead, the Gospel promises us that we can discover joy even in the midst of the suffering. So, don’t waste your pain.
There is a blessing in everything behind every moment of adversity in your life. Pain leaves has with a blessing and a lesson. So, it always leaves a gift. Always. It is not going to change for you. Some will change their careers something you don’t like. I believe that even though pain is not enjoyable, there are some amazing things that can come out of times of pain.
Could it be that there’s a different door that God wants you to go through that is better than the door to get shot in your face? e.g. God wanted to move David from shepherd boy to king but but had to fight bears and giants. God, can I allow you to go through something you hate so he can accomplish something that he loves.so don’t waste your pain. Whatever you are going through right now is going to make you a solution to somebody else. Don’t waste the process.
Your purpose is in your pain. That is the problem that God wants you to solve. Romans 8:28 all things work together for good including that pain you hate. So help somebody else who is going through it find a way out of it. Put a smile on the face of somebody who is going through what you went through. That is your calling. I want to show you how to use all your pain, make it backfire on the enemy and get some glory out of it.
If you don’t step out of your past, you’ve got to get free from the past fact in the Bible, God said this phrase to and his family in Genesis. Please don’t look back like lots wife at the pain but look the glory awaiting you. Everything God has for you, it’s ahead of you. It’s not behind you. But you will lose your future if you keep looking back, push through it, because there’s something great.
The key is what we do in our times of pain and it will change us, heartache, loss, disappointment, they don’t leave us the same. How the pain changes you is up to us. You can come out defeated, giving up on your dreams or you can come out with a new passion, a new fire, excited about the new opportunities in front of you. All of us experience pain Ecclesiastes 9:11. Grow through your challenges and don’t go through them
That pain is not there to stop you, it’s there to prepare you, to increase you, to develop you.e.g. David fought bears,lions etc to prepare him to fight giant. 1 Samuel 17:37. God knew that he was fight and he gave him victory but he had to fight not God.
Every struggle is making you stronger, every difficulty is growing up every painful time, even though you don’t like it. It’s developing something in you. They can only be developed in the tough times. Don’t complain about the pain because without it We couldn’t reach the fullness of our destinies, there’s a blessing in that it.
The hardest part about change is not making the same choice as you did the day before, so as to avoid the pain ahead and the moment you decide to no longer think the same way or make the same choice, act the same way, it’s going to feel uncomfortable.
Now, most people, the moment they feel uncomfortable, they return back to the familiar state of mind and body. Colossians 3:3-5. Remember unless you attempt to do something beyond that, which you have already mastered, you will never grow. So I want to challenge you today, turn your misery into a ministry, turn your mess into a message. It’s not over for you because you are still here.
