What we mean when we say that a document is dead is that the document might be physically present in the here and now but the virtue that it carries within itself in the spiritual realm is gone. It’s empty meaning it can’t be executed or used in the spirit realm and hence it can’t operate here in the physical also. For anything to succeed, it needs heavenly blessings, and if that is lacking then it’s termed as a dead document. We should never forget that without the edge of God’s protection, the devil can attack everything you have (Job 1:10-12.).
