Introduction:
This message is for the people who used to have flourishing businesses, but they have somehow died, for those who had jobs, but they were fired without a reason, for those who might have taken loans with the hope that they will do a profitable business, but that business failed, and for people who are working very hard with nothing to show. It is for People who are living from paycheck to paycheck and for People who used to live a very good lifestyle, but things went from worse to worst and they can’t afford that lifestyle again.
Some people here used to own several businesses but not anymore. People used to love them but not anymore. In short, something has gone wrong. Many people here used to have big businesses but what is left now is only history in short, the name with nothing to show.
Misconceptions About the Heavenly Kingdom On Earth.
Our modern-day Christianity is failing us since it is compromised to accommodate everyone, including the devil himself. It is because of that, that we have ended up losing our youth chasing sweet stories which we are told day in and day out. What we forget is that no one has that much money to buy yesterday, when you lose a day, you will never get it back. But did you know that you can buy it tomorrow because it’s still in your hands? So, I want to help you buy your tomorrow today.
Most Christians believe that we will only experience this Heavenly Kingdom after we die. So, they don’t entertain any teachings that encourage us to participate in Kingdom-building activities.
There is also another group of Christians who are still waiting for Christ to come and lead them into the Heavenly Kingdom because they feel that they are unable to lead themselves into this wonderful Kingdom.
Then there is the worst group of Christians who believe that their church is the only official representative of the Kingdom of heaven(Heavenly Kingdom) on earth and all other churches or persons are outside this Kingdom
What Is The Heavenly Kingdom?
The Heavenly Kingdom is not limited to heaven but is wherever God’s will is done on earth as it is in heaven.
Did you know that there is a Kingdom that has everything you will ever need, but that Kingdom is locked and someone, a power, or another Kingdom has the keys? So, Jesus said to Peter that I will give you the key to the Kingdom which can open anything and everything (Matthew 16:19). Remember Jesus gave him keys and not just one key to the Kingdom. So, if Jesus could give Peter these keys to the kingdom so too can he give you.
The Heavenly Kingdom is a present reality on earth, and Christians are called to participate in it by living out God’s will in their lives.
When God’s will is done on earth as it is now done in heaven, heavenly conditions will exist right here on earth. We will literally have heaven on earth! Earth is going to become part of heaven. We don’t have to go anywhere; heaven will come to us.
I want you to know that the Bible is not just any other book, novel or religious book but it’s a book of contracts, that is to say New and Old Testaments. So, it is a covenant, an agreement, or a legal document that stipulates the laws which govern the ways we must live in the Kingdom. You should understand that in a kingdom there is a permissible lifestyle so as to achieve the desired results.
The Bible is all about a King (Isaiah 37:16) from a place called heaven who wanted to come and start an extension of his Kingdom here on earth, He was inviting people (a royal family or heavenly citizens )to become citizens of this new Heavenly Kingdom, (Matthew 22:2-13), the Heavenly Kingdom had a government (Isaiah 9:6), and the government had a constitution that declares the rights of the citizens of the Kingdom (Matthew 6:25-33).
God’s Kingdom has been misrepresented here on earth by many church leaders. Some have taken some portions of this holy bible and formed a religion out of it and called it a certain name that suits them but that is not this kingdom we are talking about. No wonder they pray and even do things a little bit differently from what the kingdom teaches us to do. (Matthew 6:7)
So, when Jesus came, he came to remind us about this lost Kingdom and also to serve it’s King who is our Heavenly father properly, so as to receive his heavenly blessings when his Kingdom comes back on earth. (Matthew 6:8-12). According to the heavenly constitution, there are god’s children, and there is how they should pray, fast, and give to God when they have to give to God, there is how they receive wealth from God, there is how they dress, their is how they get healed if they are sick, there is how they get marriage partners when they are ready to marry and also heaven offers them protection.
So, when you say that you have joined God’s Kingdom which is the Heavenly Kingdom then you should know that you can do this through being born a second time into this Heavenly Kingdom.
Matthew 24:14 and this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. So, the end won’t come until everyone hears of the good news of the Kingdom. So, do it as a matter of speed (Matthew 6:33).
I am trying to teach you the right idea of the kingdom otherwise if you have the wrong idea of the kingdom you will end up with the wrong ideology.
We are citizens of heaven (Philippians 3:20) living on earth representing God’s Kingdom as his ambassadors. We are here to spread the good news of the Heavenly Kingdom(Kingdom of God). We are here to influence the way people think, act, and even talk in line with heavenly standards.
Romans 12:2, “Don’t become like the people of this world. Instead, change the way you think. Then you will always be able to determine what God really wants-what is good, pleasing, and perfect.”
The first time you were born, you were born in your home country (e.g. the US, UK, SA etc.) but when you say you are born again it means that you are born for the second time in a country called heaven (John 3: 3; John 3:6-7) which is represented here on earth as a form of God’s Kingdom.
How Do You Get ‘Born Again’ Into The Heavenly Kingdom?
Do you remember when you prayed that prayer of, “Lord Jesus come into my heart…” Here the word Lord means in Hebrew Adonai which means “master” showing God has sovereignty over us. In short, you become the ‘Lord’s property’.
Now that you are a citizen of heaven through being born again if anyone touches you, they touch the apple of God’s eye (Zechariah 2:8). Remember from the moment you are born again you are hidden in the shadow of God’s wings (Psalms 17:8).
If you understand your rights as a citizen of heaven carefully, then you are going to drive the devil and his agents crazy. As a citizen of heaven, there are certain things that can’t happen to you or can’t be done to you by the devil and his agents.
The demons know who you are, for instance, the demons knew who Jesus was and even who Paul was in the book of Acts 19:15 . So the devil and his agents will know how to handle you.
After all, you don’t belong to their Kingdom but in God’s Kingdom which is the Heavenly Kingdom, and you don’t do things the way they do their things.
John 15:19, “If you belonged to the world, then the world would love you as its own. But I chose you from this world, and you do not belong to it; that is why the world hates you.”
That is why the Bible says, in Matthew 6:33 seek to understand this kingdom well and know your rights and privileges very well. Did you know that most believers don’t know who they are in the kingdom? That is why they pray, fast, and don’t even receive answers because they ask for kingdom things wrongly (James 4:3). You don’t need to pray to get certain things, there are times where that it’s your right and you need to use a certain key to access that right and nothing else will work except you using the right key.
According to Matthew 13:10-12, We are privileged to know the secrets of the Kingdom of Heaven which those who are out there don’t know. So, if we continue to remain in the Heavenly Kingdom long enough then the Lord gives us more keys to open more doors of life.
So according to Matthew 13:44-45, why should we still keep holding to anything in this old kingdom? In short, it’s better to lose everything from this old kingdom including the friends, the old habits, the ill-gained wealth, etc For instance, we see Zacchaeus returned whatever belonged to the old kingdom and then entered the new Kingdom (Luke 19:7-9). So also, in order to get into that new kingdom where we have new friends and habits.
We even have a new language to communicate with the King of this new Kingdom when we want something (1 Corinthians 14:2). We need to give up certain things.
What Are The Things That Start To Happen When You Are Inside The Heavenly Kingdom?
According to Job 1:9-10, Look the devil or his agents can’t just attack you using sicknesses or problems while you are inside the Heavenly Kingdom, around this Kingdom of God there is a hedge of protection so that the devil and his agents can’t enter and attack you. So, they must first ask God who owns you in this new Heavenly Kingdom for permission to do so. So how does the devil do this?
The Bible reminds us that the devil is an accuser of brethren (Revelation 12:10). He must first put a strong case before the courts of heaven as to why he wants to attack you. The devil must prove that you have broken the hedge of the Kingdom from within (Ecclesiastes 10:8). Then when he wins his argument then God gives him permission to attack you.
Brethren when you are inside the Kingdom of God there are certain things that you can do and other things you can’t do because if you do them then your citizenship of the Heavenly Kingdom will be withdrawn.
For instance, we see in the Book of Acts 16:35-39, Paul for being a Roman citizen wasn’t supposed to be whipped like the Jews.
So also, there are certain attacks, problems, and misfortunes which you are not supposed to suffer if you are a citizen of heaven, and if you have suffered by mistake then an amendment is required, for instance Job suffered for no apparent reason, and was later given a double portion for his suffering (Job 42:10)
No wonder you see Christians who are suffering and have too many problems. It’s because they have broken kingdom laws and now, they are suffering for that, or they are illegal immigrants in the Heavenly Kingdom(Kingdom of God) in short, they don’t belong there. They are just there for the benefits and in short, just to try and test the kingdom for a while. They know that the bible says in Psalm 34:8, “Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”
They are not there to stay. So, they might miss certain privileges which are for the children of the Kingdom for instance in the book of Deuteronomy 7:15 God promised that he will take away all the sicknesses that you suffered while you were in that other Kingdom. But what about if you are still in that old kingdom? Or you are in between Kingdoms? Or don’t want to enter this new Kingdom because you don’t want to lose certain benefits of the old kingdom? Then God says He will throw you out of His Heavenly Kingdom (Revelation 3:16).
When you are in the Kingdom you are not fighting against the devil and his agents, that is not your work it is the work of the angels of the Heavenly Kingdom.
Your work is to do Kingdom work just as Jesus was doing Kingdom work (Luke 2:49). You are supposed to preach to the lost, heal the sick, and cast out demons just to mention a few. Remember you are an ambassador of Christ to represent him here (2 Corinthians 5:20).
Don’t think about your education, your bank account balance, etc.
Requirement To Be Allowed Into God’s Kingdom
1. Be holy since the king is holy, remember Moses was told to remove his shoes first before entering this kingdom (Exodus 3:5) by not sinning (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). If you want to enter and stay then stop sinning (Revelation 22:15)
2. He preached that repentance is necessary to be a part of the Heavenly kingdom of God (Matthew 4:17).
3. Must be baptized (John 3:5–7).
4. Must be born again (John 3:5–7). Then it’s given to you (Luke 12:32)
5. Be willing to be sent (Luke 9:2)
