Every battle in this world is the battle of rods i.e., the rod of God and the Rod of the wicked. The Rod can come in various shapes, colors, and sizes and is not literal — but a strategy or a system that plans and executes. It is also an instrument of leadership, comfort and protection
The Rod of God
We read In the Book of Exodus 9:23 And Moses stretched forth his ROD toward heaven: and the Lord sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground, and the Lord rained hail upon the land of Egypt.
The Rod of the Wicked
The Rod of the Wicked is a counterfeit system designed to rest upon God’s people, just as Psalm 125:3 states, “to rest upon the righteous so that the righteous may defile themselves by putting their hands into iniquity.” David said, Psalm 23:4, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
When the enemy desires to terminate the good things in a life of a person, they may plant their rod in such a life or in his or her home. As a result, the righteous person starts doing what is unexpected. When you start seeing a born-again Christian doing and behaving like the worldly people you should know that the rod of the wicked has rested upon him.
One of the mysteries of The Rod of the Wicked, is that it pushes the righteous to sin. The enemy doesn’t hit you just because he swings a rod, not at all. He shepherds and leads you, by placing it over you to lead you into the places of final destruction.
The rod of the righteous points upward while the one of the wicked goes down. When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice Proverbs 29:2. This is because things move up. It is an anointing that lifts but there is an anointing that drags down. The rod of the righteous is empowered by the Holy Spirit while the one of the wicked is empowered by the spirit of witchcraft. The bible says “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people” Proverbs 14:34. Wherever you find the rod of the wicked, you will find violence, you will find terrorism, because that is their signature.
Let us pray
1. My Father! My Father! Send your warring angels, to pursue those holding what belongs to me using their evil rod and force them to release it my career, marriage, work, and (mention any other thing you deem fit) in Jesus name.
2. By the power of the Holy Ghost I break every demonic rod of the wicked that is opposing my progress and breakthrough in life, in Jesus name.
3. Let the fire of the Holy Ghost burn to ashes every rod of the wicked that is remotely controlling my progress, family, career, business, and marriage in the spirit realm, in Jesus name.
4. By the power of the Holy Ghost I break every afflicting rod of the wicked sponsoring negative occurrences in my life, family, and work, in Jesus name.
5. Let the fire of the Holy Ghost burn to ashes anything representing the rod of the wicked in my foundation, my
environment, my home, and my work, in Jesus name.
6. Let every tragedy of the rod programmed against me, my career, business, and family be destroyed by the fire of the Holy Ghost in Jesus name.
7. Every demonic Power, agents of darkness and principalities sponsoring operations of the rod of the wicked against me, my career, business, and family your time is up catch fire and die, in Jesus name.
8. Every demonic rod being used by modern-day pharaohs to hold my career, marriage, work and even my business captive your time is up fall down and die, in Jesus name.
9. By the power of the Holy Ghost I command every demonic rod to vomit whatever it has swallowed belonging to me and my family, in Jesus name.
10. By the power of the Holy Ghost I break every demonic rod that is being used by witches to cause strange illnesses and incurable diseases in my body, in Jesus name.
11. Any man or woman using the evil powers of the rod to frustrate God’s will, plan, and purpose for my life, fall down and die, in Jesus name.
12.By the power of the Holy Ghost I break every unholy, ungodly, conscious, and unconscious covenants and soul ties with the rod of the wicked causing me untold suffering, in Jesus name.
13. Every evil collaboration between my forefathers and the rod of the wicked, that is making it to appear in my dreams or physically, break into pieces and catch fire, in Jesus name.
14. Let every strongman using the rod of the wicked in any form in my office, environment, or family to harm me,fall down and die, in Jesus name.
15. Let every native doctor that transforms into an evil rod, that has been hired to kill me instead of me to be fruitful, fall down and die, in Jesus name.
