According to Hebrews 12:15 the Bible us that we should “See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled.” From this verse you can see that bitterness is like a spiritual poison.
What Spiritual Poison Means
Spiritual poison is any influence, attack, habit, or emotion that corrupts your spiritual health, drains your strength, or disconnects you from God’s presence, clarity, and power. It’s something that:
- Enters quietly
- Spreads gradually
- Weakens spiritual sensitivity
- Produces confusion, heaviness, or compromise
- Makes you vulnerable to further attacks
How Spiritual Poison Enters A Person:
Like physical poison, spiritual poison can, enter a person slowly through:
- Words spoken over you or to you.
- Repeated exposure to negative media, environments, or relationships.
- Curses or inherited generational sins.
- Wrong decisions or unrepented sin.
Signs You’re Affected By Spiritual Poison:
- Constant fear, discouragement, anxiety, or depression without clear medical cause.
- Recurring negative thoughts you never had
- Feeling spiritually blocked, unable to pray or receive God’s guidance.
- Physical symptoms like fatigue or sudden sickness when linked to spiritual attacks.
- Repeated failures in career, relationships, or finances despite effort.
Always remember that the Bible in the book of Proverbs 18:21 says that “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.” This verse simply reminds us that Words can act as spiritual poison when they bring death or destruction to a person or a situation.
Deliverance Prayers To Heal From Any Spiritual Poison.
1.In the mighty name of Jesus, I renounce every source of spiritual poison that entered my body through toxic word, manipulation, suggestion, evil counsel, demonic dreams, evil associations, demonic altars, and even through spiritual exchanges. Today I break all spiritual ties to them.
2.Heavenly Father, let every hidden spiritual poison in my body, soul, and spirit be exposed by Your light. From today I refuse to live in the darkness, so let revelation flow in me Jesus’ name.
3.Heavenly Father, cleanse my home, workplace and even my surroundings from any spiritual toxin released through visitors, objects, and even spiritual disturbances, in Jesus.
4. Let the power in the blood of Jesus, flush out of my body every witchcraft poison that entered me through dreams, food, manipulation, or curses, O Lord, purge my spiritual bloodstream from every contamination that is meant to slow me down or weaken my walk., in Jesus’ name.
5.Heavenly Father, Send Your refining fire from heaven to purge me of every demonic deposits from toxic atmospheres I have worshiped in in form of false fires, manipulations, and even polluted anointing, in Jesus name.
6. Let everything that is blocking my ability to “digest” revelation, instructions, and even correction be removed in Jesus’ name.
7.Heavenly Father, heal every place in my emotions where bitterness, fear, hatred, and even despair entered through demonic toxins., in Jesus name.
8.Holy Spirit, restore every part of me that was fractured, disoriented, and even weakened by these spiritual contaminations, in Jesus name.
9. Let the blood of Jesus flush out every spiritual poison that is weakening my prayer fire through laziness, discouragement, and even distractions.
10. O Lord Jesus, restore and even purify every destiny helper that has been manipulated so as to harm me or withdraw support due to spiritual poison.
11. In the mighty name of Jesus, I command every demonic feeding, injection, and even spiritual substance given to me in the dreams to catch fire and burn to ashes right now!
12. Let the blood of Jesus, wash me clean from every lingering spiritual poison from past friendships, relationships, and even alliances, in Jesus name.
13. O Lord Jesus, purify and rebuilt any part of my ministry has been poisoned by wrong connections, motives, or attacks.
14. Let every sickness, fatigue, and even pain caused by spiritual toxins that entered through dreams and even through emotional instability be healed instantly in Jesus’ name.
15. Let the Blood of Jesus, circulate through my spirit, soul, and body and flush out every long-term demonic poison that is meant to destroy me gradually, in Jesus name.
