What Is Spiritual Interference?
Spiritual interference is anything that tries to stop, disrupts, delays, distorts, or opposes God’s work in your life. It can be subtle, like distractions in prayer, or obvious, like repeated failures and attacks in dreams or relationships. It is when something outside God’s Spirit interferes with what God is doing inside or around you. For instance, the angel who was sent to bring Daniel the answer to his prayer was delay by spiritual resistance (Daniel 10:13).
5 Signs You May Be Experiencing Spiritual Interference
- You are doing the right thing but facing unusual resistance
- Progress stops after prayer or fasting breakthroughs
- Peace disappears without a clear reason making it difficult to hear God clearly.
- You feel spiritually “jammed” or restricted and even sleep during prayer
- Sudden sickness, fatigue, or heaviness
5 Causes of Spiritual Interference
- Satanic opposition: Direct attacks by demonic forces
- Ungodly agreements or vows: Words, covenants, or past promises contrary to God’s will
- Generational or ancestral curses: Patterns of spiritual blockage passed down
- Unconfessed sin: Hidden sins create openings for interference
- Wrong spiritual exposure: Media, teachings, or environments that open doors to spiritual attack
Spiritual interference is not God punishing you; often, it’s the enemy trying to block God’s blessings, calling, or peace. Through discernment, prayer, repentance, and spiritual authority, a believer can overcome interference.
Let’s Pray To Overcome It:
1.Heavenly Father, I ask that every spiritual fog, confusion, and distortion affecting my life to be cleared now. Let Your light expose and scatter every interference against my destiny, in Jesus name.
2. By the power in the blood of Jesus, I declare total deliverance from all forms of spiritual interference whether seen and unseen.
3. O Lord, deliver me from spiritual manipulation, mind control, and hidden influences working against my progress. I receive freedom in Jesus’ name.
4. In the mighty name of Jesus, I recover every opportunity, connection, and favor that was interfered with or diverted by spiritual forces.
5. In the mighty name of Jesus, I command every spiritual interference that is assigned to appear when my life is about to change to scatter right now.
6.Holy Ghost fire blinded every evil power that is monitoring my life to interfere with my steps, I will walk uncovered and unhindered by the power of the blood of Jesus.
7. Heavenly Father, arise and scatter every hidden hand, unseen force, and covert operation interfering with my life, in Jesus. name.
8. By the power in the name of Jesus, I disconnect my life from every ungodly spiritual channel feeding interference, confusion, delay, or error.
9. In the mighty name of Jesus, I reject any mixed signals, double directions, and inner unrest as a result of spiritual interference that affects my productivity, favor, and excellence instead I receive clarity and peace.
10. In the mighty name of Jesus, I break any spiritual interference operating through my family line, environment, and even my associations.
11. In the mighty name of Jesus, I command every invisible wall, ceiling, or restriction placed around my destiny to interference with it to be broken.
12. Let every unseen resistance that is causing confusion in my desires and priorities hence slowing my advancement be uprooted by the power of the Holy Ghost.
13. In the mighty name of Jesus, I reject manipulation, pressure, and invisible influence in my choices. I choose by wisdom and the Spirit of God.
14. Heavenly Father, restore everything that interference has delayed, stolen, or blocked. Let me operate in full alignment with Your will, in Jesus name.
15. Heavenly Father, insulate my life, mind, dreams, decisions, and destiny from all spiritual interference that is delaying recognition, acceptance, and even approval, in Jesus name.
