Brethren here at MTM Church we believe in BIG GOD and small devil.
Don’t ask God to guide your steps if you’re not willing to move your feet. Remember that If God called you to a task, He will then qualify you for that task. Let me remind you that Just because you don’t see anything happening doesn’t mean God is not working. Look around … and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it. Habakkuk 1:5 .
Look back at your life, it’s always the hardest times that made you who you are. God never said that the journey would be easy, but He did say that the arrival would be worthwhile, so keep going! So, don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do. Brethren, if you only believed in a big God who controls the big things, and not the little things also. Are we, not making God a mortal (Job 9:32)?
OUR IS A BIG GOD
There is never a moment when God was not in control. Relax! He’s got you covered. We all go through hard times. But our problem is that we try and fix our own problems instead of trusting God to fix them. Remember the bible says that “the temptations in your life are no different from what others experienced. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.” 1 Corinthians 10:13.
I know that most of us can agree with me that there are times in our lives when we have been hit blow after blow, and we feel crushed and exhausted. But If you want to make a permanent change, stop focusing on the size of your problems and start focusing on the size of your God! So, brethren from today onwards either you run your day or the day will run you. You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it and then run your day. The secret to keeping winning is to always trust in a big God and a small Devil.
