Evil counsel is any advice, suggestion, influence, or voice that tries to make you disobey God, doubt His word, or walk the wrong path. It can sound wise or kind, but its root motive is destruction.

Always make the Lord your counsel after all Isaiah 9:6 calls Him a Wonderful Counsellor and we even learn in Isaiah 30:20-21,” … with your own eyes you will see Him. And whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear this command behind you: “This is the way. Walk in it”
