GOD’S Timing: Proven Reasons Why Its The Best Now.

God‘s Timing

Always learn to trust God’s timing in everything you do, and you will see great success. According to Psalm 31:15  the Bible says “My times are in your hand”; We all have things we’re waiting on for example., a dream to come to pass, health to improve, Mr/Mrs right, that car or house, etc. Because it’s a promise, it seems to be taking so long.

Sometimes we have too many decisions to make, which drain our energy. But remember, God’s timing in that is perfect, just as all of God’s ways are perfect (Psalm 18:30).

We read in the book of Habakkuk 2:3 But a vision is for an appointed time . If there’s a right timing, that means any other time is the wrong timing. In the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 3, we know that no wonder God will always be right on time. So, God’s timing is never early, and it’s never too late. I know the delays; the waiting periods, cause us to be frustrated.

You know you need to do this or that, but for some reason or another, you’ve been holding back due to procrastinating, putting it off, or justifying or blaming some reason or another, and you just haven’t done it. You say, I know I need to do this, but I don’t feel like it. And if you’ve already failed, you don’t want to fail again.

You have to trust God’s timing. He knows when you’re ready, the right person, when to open the door, when to turn it around. If it’s not happening yet, you have to be mature enough to accept that it’s not the right timing. God wants greatness to come out of us. But it takes humility to handle greatness, you can’t believe one way and live another way and be great.

Many of us don’t do the things that we want to do because of a lack of self-confidence and our unwillingness to take personal responsibility. We want somebody else to do it. We learn from people that we love, and people that we admire and identify with them and we live in the context of their ideas, their opinions and their life patterns.

It’s going to cost you some time, energy, sacrifice, and resources and will even require paying the price, going the extra mile, and doing what other people are not willing to do. Greatness is not cheap, and that’s why there aren’t many people who achieve greatness. You’ve got to believe in yourself, your abilities, your service, your company, and your ideas, so have faith. Yes, it’s hard and It’s difficult. I know but just do it.

Faith without patience can get you into trouble. For example , we see that in the book of Exodus 2:11-16 Moses as a young man, knew he was supposed to deliver the Israelites. He got in a hurry and killed a man that was mistreating a Hebrew slave. His heart was right, but his timing was off. He had to flee for his life and lost 40years out of God’s timing

Psalm 106:13 says they did not wait for God’s plan to unfold in God’s timing. Your plans are taking longer than you thought. You’re not making progress, not seeing the dream come to pass. Always remember that God knows what he’s doing.

We learn in Psalm 37:23 that we shouldn’t try to force things to happen. You don’t have to promote yourself, manipulate people, or convince people to like you. Things will fall into place at the right time. The right people will show up at the right time. Now, do your part and wait for the promise to unfold. Know that You’re not falling behind nor being left out and that you’re right on schedule. God is working behind the scenes. You may not be able to see it but it’s happening.

Good Examples Of God‘s Timing

An Elephant is pregnant for about 2 years while a dog takes 2 months. But what you need to know is that the results of their pregnancies are not the same in terms of size and other facts. If you don’t understand this, you’ll wonder why everything isn’t happening faster. Why am I not making more progress? What’s wrong? Nothing is wrong. It’s just not the right timing.

Quit being frustrated because it’s not happening as fast as you would like. Every season is not a growing season or harvesting season. There are seasons for planting, watering, fertilizing, and pulling up the weeds. Those are important seasons and they are times of testing where we’re showing God what we’re made of.

We know God is in control, but that doesn’t mean since we prayed for a tree to bring forth fruit throughout the year it will bear fruit 365 days a year. The Bible says in its season, which implies that there will be waiting periods, periods of no growth where we don’t see anything happening. All these seasons are important. You may have been waiting for a long time and You’re tempted to get discouraged, but get ready for your season is coming.

But the truth is, none of us like to go through the waiting periods. We often ask “God, why don’t you just do it now? Save me the frustration, bring the right person or give me the promotion now.” God knows what he’s doing. If he promoted you before you were ready, it wouldn’t be a blessing. It would be a burden. for example, if your 2-year-old child asked you to give him/her a car as a birthday present, the car will be a curse and not a blessing to the two-year-old because it might kill the child.

Sometimes God shows his love for us, not by what he gives us, but by what he withholds. If he would have let you have that baby, that promotion, that new house before you were ready. It would have limited your future prospects and you wouldn’t be able to handle it. He has to get you prepared for what he has in store. When you don’t see anything happening. That’s a season of waiting, great things are happening behind the scenes.

According to James 1:2 and 1 Corinthians 10:13 God is using that thing, person, event or circumstance to do a good work in you to prepare you for times ahead. If you will pass the test, if you will have faith and patience, then you’re growing. Your spiritual muscles are getting stronger. It’s all a part of the process. Don’t compare your situation to somebody else’s. Keep in mind that you’re not running their race, but you are running your own.

If God is going to take you to a higher level, promote you or enrich you in one way or the other. It’s going to require more character, commitment and discipline. So keep doing the right thing and always remember that your season is coming.

God knows what we can handle, so sometimes in order to protect us, he says “not now“. Don’t fight it, just trust his timing. No, Doesn’t mean never. It means it’s not the right time, what God is saying is that I have great gifts in store for you 1 Corinthians 2:9

God can see the big picture. He knows what you’re going to need in the future. God not only knows what you need, he knows who you’re going to need. Sometimes God is saying “not now”, because somebody else that’s going to be involved in this project is not ready and he’s still working on them. They’re going to be instrumental in your life and are going to open a door or be a close friend. For instance look at the case of David and Jonathan. God had to prepare king Saul’s son Jonathan to accept that he will never be the heir to his father’s throne but instead, he should help David to ascend to the throne by being welcoming and friendly.

We see that in Psalm 37:23 When your steps are ordered, you don’t have a choice. You may be here for a reason. It may be uncomfortable yes. It might have taken longer than you would like. for instance., Joseph passed through the test of waiting periods it was unfair, he was betrayed, and even falsely accused. But he went through those tests with the right attitude, which helped him to develop his character, and as a result, it showed God what he was made of, and God rewarded him by giving him the second highest position in the land of Egypt.

You can have great faith to believe big things, but without patience, you’ll get stuck without going through the waiting periods with a good attitude, it will limit your destiny. Look at Abram a case in point he waited for many years to get the promised son.

Here in the book of Mark 5:33-36 we see that Jairus daughter died while Jesus was busy attending to the lady with the issue of blood. Brethren Will you keep a good attitude when you see other people being blessed but you’re still waiting for your blessing. Your friend got engaged, but you’re still single, waiting for the right person. Your friend bought a house or a nice car but you still don’t have any.

Jesus is saying don’t be afraid., Only believe, in effect, it’s not too late. I haven’t forgotten about you. You’re right on time Never Give up because you are within God’s timing.
