“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” 2 Timothy 1:7.
God teaches us from this verse that when the spirit of fear becomes tormenting or controlling, that type of fear does not come from God, but from an outside source which could either be a spiritual attack or demonic influence.
This spirit of fear causes irrational, paralyzing, and overwhelming fear in a person’s life. It’s not just normal fear (which can be healthy and protective), but a tormenting fear that:
- Prevents you from stepping into your God-given destiny
- Paralyzes your faith and confidence so as to keep you in bondage due to avoidance behavior
- Makes you feel unsafe, unworthy, or hopeless triggering anxiety, panic, nightmares, and even obsessive worry.
Let’s Pray Against The Spirit Of Fear:
1.God of Elijah let fire come from your altar and consume every demonic atmosphere of fear hovering over my life, home, and surroundings in Jesus name.
2. Let the blood of Jesus swallow every spirit that entered me through fear-based media, music, or stories .I take authority over every night terror, sleep paralysis, and fear of the dark, in Jesus name.
3.Holy Spirit, fill every area where fear once lived in me with divine boldness and perfect love, in Jesus’ name.
4. Heavenly Father, help me to expose and destroy every demonic object, token, or symbol that is attracting fear into my life, in Jesus name.
5. In the mighty name of Jesus I renounce and reject every ancestral and generational covenant made knowingly or unknowingly with the spirit of fear, that is affecting every area of my life now.
6.By the power in the word of God, I declare that I shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord hence fear shall not cut me off before my time according to the word of the Lord in Psalm 118:17.
7.I break every soul tie connected to fear-based relationships or environments, in Jesus’ name.
8.Let every satanic arrow of fear sent to my heart return to sender, in the name of Jesus.
9. In the mighty name of Jesus, I reject every demonic dream, word, or prophecy sent by demonic agents to instill fear into my destiny.
10. Holy Spirit, help me to identify and close every door that I have opened to fear through sin, ignorance, or rebellion, in the name of Jesus.
11. By the power in the name of Jesus, I command every spirit assigned to torment me with fear, doubt and panic to flee now I receive the boldness of a lion, for the righteous are as bold as a lion after the order of Proverbs 28:1.
12.By the power in the blood of Jesus, I bind every form of fear that manifests as procrastination, confusion, and timidity in my life. I decree that fear shall no longer paralyze my decisions, progress, or faith, in Jesus’ name.
13.Any fear rooted in childhood trauma or past abuse, I uproot you now in the name of Jesus Christ.
14.Heavenly Father expose and destroy every spirit of fear that disguises as caution, wisdom, or logic to cause delays my marriage, success, and even spiritual growth , in Jesus’ name.
15. Let the power in the blood of Jesus, wipe out every evil programming of fear into my emotions and thoughts by the spirit of fear now.
16.By divine the authority of Jesus Christ, I reject fear and embrace power, love, and soundness of mind now.
17. In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare that the Lord is my light and salvation; I shall not fear. The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? after the order of Psalm 27:1.
18.By the authority given to me by the word of God, I declare my freedom from the spirit of fear and I rebuke every fear of being alone, unloved, or forsaken, in Jesus’ name.
19.Let every agent of fear planted around me to cause mental torment, panic, and terror, be exposed and uprooted from my life in Jesus name.
20.Every demonic garment of fear placed upon me, catch fire and burn to ashes, in Jesus’ name.
21. Let Holy Ghost fire consume the fear that paralyzes my decision-making especially when they involve important matters, in Jesus name.
22.In the mighty name of Jesus, I command the fear of public speaking, fear of failure, and even fear of judgment to be dismantled right now from my life.
23.Fear that comes through negative news, I reject you and renounce your grip on my mind, in Jesus’ name.
24. In the mighty name of Jesus, I declare myself fearless in Christ and untouchable by the spirit of fear.
25. In the mighty name of Jesus, I reject fear that causes me to run away from opportunities and divine doors. from today I walk into them by faith.
