What Are Soul Ties?
Soul ties are spiritual bridges that connect two or more souls together, allowing emotions, thoughts, desires, and even spiritual influences to flow between them. It’s like a spiritual umbilical cord — whatever is in one person’s soul can transfer into the other. That’s why in many cases of ungodly soul ties, people begin to:
- Feel emotional confusion,
- Experience spiritual heaviness,
- Or carry demonic oppression from a relationship they have left physically but not spiritually.
What Is an Evil Soul Tie?
An evil soul tie is a spiritual and emotional bond between two people that was not established by God but by sin, manipulation, lust, covenant, or trauma — allowing demonic influence to flow between them. It connects one’s soul (mind, will, emotions) to another person’s spirit in an unholy way. For instance, in the book of 1 Kings 11:1–4, King Solomon’s heart was turned away from God through soul ties with foreign women.
8 Ways How Evil Soul Ties Are Formed
- Sexual relationships outside God’s covenant (fornication, adultery).
- Toxic friendships or manipulative mentors.
- Unholy vows or promises (“I can never live without you”).
- Abusive or controlling relationships.
- Ungodly emotional dependency and obsession.
- Occult or witchcraft covenants sealed through gifts, blood, or soul exchanges.
- Idolatry — attaching your soul to idols, celebrities, or false prophets.
- Soul exchanges in dreams or spiritual marriages
Always remember the Bible promises us that “ He restores my soul.” — Psalm 23:3. So if you pray, he will restore back your soul.
Let’s Pray:
1.In the mighty name of Jesus, I renounce every ungodly soul tie I have ever formed through emotional attachment, sexual contact, ungodly friendships, covenants, manipulative relationships and even through emotional entanglements.
2. In the mighty name of Jesus, I release forgiveness toward my family members and declare freedom over my bloodline. I seal my deliverance with the blood of Jesus and dedicate my lineage to the Lord.
3. Heavenly Father, help me to break free from every soul tie formed through witchcraft covenants, charms, spells, potions, enchantments and demonic rituals, in Jesus name.
4. In the mighty name of Jesus, I break every ungodly soul tie with false prophets, controlling pastors, or ministry partners. I I sever all spiritual links created with them through false submission, fear, or manipulation.
5.In the mighty name of Jesus, I renounce and revoke all vows, promises, and covenants formed through sexual contact, kisses, gifts, and emotional bonding. I cancel their effect right now
6. In the mighty name of Jesus, I recover my star, anointing, and spiritual gifts that were exchanged through evil soul ties.
7In the mighty name of Jesus, I break every ungodly soul tie with ex-lovers, ex-spouses, and anyone I have been emotionally or sexually bound to.
8 In the mighty name of Jesus, I break every soul tie with a parent, sibling, or relative that blocks my spiritual growth.
10. Heavenly Father help me to break every soul tie with anyone who has cursed me, abused me, or rejected me, in Jesus name.
11.By the power in the blood of Jesus, I break all cords, links, and chains connecting my soul to any wrong person.
12. In the mighty name, I uproot every spirit of lust, seduction, and emotional control that entered me through ungodly intimacy.
13. With the help of the Holy Spirit, I reclaim back my peace, my joy, and my spiritual authority that were transferred through soul ties, in Jesus name.
14. Heavenly Father, cleanse me from every sexual pollution and restore my purity through the blood of Jesus Christ. I cancel every marriage covenant made in dreams, visions, or occult ceremonies., in Jesus name.
15. Heavenly Father, Today I form a holy, covenantal ties with Your word, the Holy Spirit, and the will of Heaven, in Jesus name
16. Heavenly Father send You Holy fire to consume every spiritual contract written in the realm of darkness. against me and my family linage, in Jesus name.
17.In the mighty name, I declare and decree that my soul belongs to Jesus alone and not to any person, place, or spirit. I am free from every ungodly attachment that drains my spiritual life.
18. Let Holy Ghost fire, burn to ashes every evil link between my soul and any witchcraft altar know or unknown to me, in Jesus name.
19. In the mighty name of Jesus, I release myself from emotional dependency on people rather than on the Holy Spirit.
20.In the mighty name, I command all witchcraft-induced memories, dreams, and soul cords to be erased by the blood of Jesus.
21.Let every demonic recall to past bondage be permanently blocked by the blood of Jesus. I now establish new soul ties with heaven’s divine wisdom, divine purpose, and divine relationships.
22.Let every monitoring spirit tracing me through soul ties receive total blindness now in Jesus’ name!
23. Heavenly Father, heal the wounds in my heart that resulted from broken or ungodly soul ties., in Jesus name.
24. In the mighty name of Jesus, I command my destiny virtues that were exchanged through ungodly soul ties to be restored sevenfold.
