God’s favour is mentioned more than 100 times in the Old Testament. The word Favour means that it’s the tangible evidence that a person has the approval of God. God’s favour is His divine kindness that causes ordinary people to experience extraordinary blessings.
God’s favour is like an umbrella which protects you when it’s raining, you can’t get wet despite the downpour. Favour shields you from the woes of this world. Without God’s favour, we would be destroyed by the devil. God’s favour can take you where your qualifications cannot.
When you are operating under God’s favour what would destroy an ordinary person becomes an opportunity to lounge you to greatness. Remember a day of favour is far better than a hundred years of labour. You don’t stress to get things done. all your struggling comes to an end as the favour of God comes into your life.
The day you got born again is the day you became a child of God, a child of favour, from that day you became a beneficiary of God’s unlimited favour.
God’s favour is more than receiving blessings. It is God’s active involvement in your life, causing His goodness, mercy, grace, and power to work on your behalf. Favour is when God places His hand upon a person and distinguishes them for His purpose.
According to Psalm 90:17, the Bible says Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us and establish the work of our hands upon us. Although this is what the Bible says but guess what most Christians are still struggling in life despite the fact that they are God’s children. The reason behind this is Satan knows you are blessed and favored, but he will still resist you, that is why you must resist him with faith and prayers.
PRAYERS FOR GOD’s FAVOUR TO FAVOUR YOU THIS YEAR.
1.Heavenly Father, let Your favour surround me like a shield. Let doors that have been closed against me open by Your mercy. Wherever I have been rejected, let me be accepted by Your favour. in Jesus name.
2. Heavenly Father, separate me from all anti-favour agents. O Lord, I ask you for your mercy and counsel regarding anything that may want to stand in the way of your favour in my life, in Jesus name.
3. Heavenly Father, grant me favour before employers, leaders, clients, customers, family members, and destiny helpers. Let those who see me be moved to bless me and support me according to Your will., in Jesus name.
4. O God of Daniel who brought Daniel into favour with great men of his days, bring me into favour with those who will move me forward in life, in Jesus name.
5. O Lord, arise in your power and destroy anything be it shame, disgrace, and reproach that is working against my favour during this year, in Jesus name.
6. By the fire of the Holy Ghost, let everyone and anything that is chasing away favour from my life, career, business and relationships., in Jesus name.
7. Heavenly Father, send your messenger angels to the North, East, South, and West to help me locate my destiny helpers who will favour me this year, in Jesus name.
8. Let every negative label placed upon my life through words, curses, or evil judgments, be erased by the blood of Jesus. I reject every identity that opposes God’s favour over my life, in Jesus name.
9. Heavenly Father, restore every favour, opportunity, increase, promotion, contract, business growth, blessing, and relationship that I have lost. Let sevenfold restoration come upon my life in Jesus’ name.
10. In the mighty name of Jesus, I disconnect myself from every inherited pattern of rejection and failure that fight my progress and favour right now.
11. Heavenly Father, send your recovery angels to go under the sea, in the graves, in the evil forest to recover my every buried blessing, belonging to me this year, in Jesus name.
12. Oh heaven, oh earth, hear the word of God, my time of favour has come so terminates all forms of poverty, sickness, failure, and every other evil thing and enlarge my territory far beyond my wildest imagination.in Jesus name.
13. O Lord, let Your favour open doors that no man can shut. Connect me with the right people, places, and opportunities prepared for my destiny, in Jesus name.
14.Heavenly Father, let Your favour rest upon my family. Let peace, unity, provision, and breakthroughs manifest in every area of our lives, in Jesus name
15. Let every spirit of delay, stagnation, and disappointment assigned against my favour, be broken now in the name of Jesus. I move forward by divine acceleration, in Jesus name.
