Brethren team spirit connects us to heaven’s blessings, I thank everyone who has made the MTM dream a reality, Afterall none of us is as smart as all of us. Remember a boat doesn’t go forward if each one is rowing their own way, and most of you have helped me to stir the boat in the right direction. No act of kindness, however small is ever wasted in God’s Kingdom (Galatians 6:9). All the talent in the world won’t take you anywhere without your teammates(brethren).
Most of us in the Church might be talented in one way or the other (Choir, preaching, etc. 1 Corinthians 14:26), but teamwork and intelligence is the ONLY thing which can help us wins against the enemy. Teamwork is the secret that makes an ordinary person like you and me achieve uncommon results just like Paul did (Acts 19:11). Teamwork is the fuel that powers the vehicle towards untold miracles in the life of believers. As a believer, you can do so little together as a Church we can do so much. One brother or sister can be a crucial ingredient in the Church, but he or she cannot be called the Church ALONE!!!!
Great things in Church are never done by one person. They’re done by members of the Church. Yes, I know we as the Church might not be in the position to help everyone, but everyone among us can help someone for example during this period forward this message to friends and relatives that way you are helping. The nicest thing about teamwork in the Church is that you always have others on your side.
In the Church, a fellowship(team)is more than a collection of people. It is a process of give and take. Whereby No act of kindness, however small is ever wasted. I’ve never seen in a football club anyone score a goal without getting a pass from someone else. So, is the case you can’t have a wonderful pastor, a prophet without a wonderful congregation to preach to. We need each other to make a powerful team to make it to heaven.
Brethren, we should work for a cause, Not for applause. Live life to express, not to impress. Don’t strive to make your presence noticed, instead make your absence felt by all the other brethren.
Build someone up in the Church. Remind someone that they’re worthy. Tell them they’re incredible. Be a light in a too often dark world, especially times like this.
Don’t try to be the Superman in the Church (One-man army), try to be one of the best members of the greatest army of the Lord marching to heaven (1 Chronicle 11:10&. 2 Samuel 23:8-39). The way to achieve your own success in anything is to be willing to help somebody else get it first.
